Bootstrap config for the Cooud Payment Element
Bootstrap of Cooud Elements for a live own-site (ui_mode: custom) or sandbox session of this account. Also works for the recovery checkout session of a declined sale (payment_recovery.id, contract 2027-01-01): with the key that created the declined session (the same platform and Cooud-Account, or the store key when the store created it), it returns the recovery cooud_session_secret and the element token with the discounted amount. Any other key gets 404 resource_missing. For a Cooud LLC session created with ui_mode: custom (C-API-6, behind the Cooud LLC API gate) the answer is V2ElementConfigCheckoutSession (mode: checkout_session), and the request must send the Cooud Elements version in Cooud-Elements-Version (1.3.0 or newer).

Required per-request compat-date. Format: ISO calendar date YYYY-MM-DD. Merchants pinned to an older date have their request and response transformed by every gate whose appliesAfter is strictly greater than this date.
Version of Cooud Elements that will mount this configuration (window.__CooudElements__.version of https://cdn.cooud.com/cdn/elements/v1.js, for example 1.3.0). Only read for a Cooud LLC session created with ui_mode: custom (C-API-6): absent, malformed or below min_runtime_version (1.3.0) answers 400 elements_runtime_outdated. Every other session ignores it.
