Create a new contact list with the given parameters

Name of the contact list. Type: string.

descriptionstring

Description of the contact list. Type: string.

group_idinteger required

Organization unit (group) ID the call/record belongs to. Integer. Used to scope data; see /group/list for available group IDs.

The result of the creation and contactListId for the newly added contact list.

resultstring required

Outcome of the request. String, typically 'success' or 'error'.

errstring required

Error message when result='error'. String. Empty/null on success.
