Detalle de un código IAE

Devuelve el detalle de un código IAE (epígrafe). El código admite forma con o sin puntos (501.3 o 5013). Si un código numérico corresponde a varias filas (p. ej. aparece en secciones Empresarial y Profesional), responde 409 con candidates[]; usa ?slug= para desambiguar. En plan Free, associated_cnae es un objeto bloqueado (locked: true, count, upgrade_url) y related_iae se omite; el array completo requiere plan Profesional, prueba Profesional activa o superior. En esos planes la respuesta incluye además cnae_2025_mapping (1:1, 1:n o sin_correspondencia); en plan Free el campo no aparece.
