Store Credentials

Store cloud provider credentials (encrypted) in Supabase.

For AWS, validates against live AWS before storing so the user gets immediate feedback if the role/keys aren't usable. Set CRED_VALIDATION_ENABLED=false to skip (emergency bypass).
