Delete one memory, one slot, or a verified user partition

Scope is derived from the project key plus the required user_id. Choose exactly one mode: memory_id, entity + attribute, or erase_partition=true. Whole-partition erasure also requires confirmation equal to user_id and an Idempotency-Key.

Project-scoped retry key (8-128 URL-safe characters). The same key and canonical payload replay the encrypted stored response. Reusing a key with a different route or payload returns 409. On extract_memories this applies only when mode is commit.
