Generate one photo for an AI photoshoot (sync)

Creates one new photo in the style of the reference images. images are base64 strings: the first is the blueprint, used only for the aspect ratio; the others are style references. changeOptions names what may change (e.g. Background, Pose; Character allows changing the subjects). Answers when the image is ready.
