Issue the verification link of a crypto address book entry

Issues the link at which the account holder proves that the account of a PENDING entry is theirs: the ownership proof of a self-hosted wallet, or your company's verification portal, where the documents of an account at a VASP are uploaded. The portal is the same for all your VASP entries. Every call issues a new link, so call again when a link is lost or has expired. When the link cannot be issued for the moment, the call fails with a server error and can be retried.
