Create Attendees Bulk Insert

Insert attendee/ticketing data from a request body (same schema as demo-attendees.json).

Accepts the same JSON structure as demo-attendees.json but via POST body instead of file. Ticket type slugs, question titles, and discount code refs are resolved by matching against existing records or newly created ones.
