Create a workspace.

Creates a cloud workspace and first session, optionally queues its initial message, and returns a deep link that opens the workspace in the Conductor desktop app. When a message is included, the response's initialMessage contains its ID and whether it was sent or queued; if the message could not be accepted, the workspace and session are still created and initialMessage is omitted — resend it via the messages endpoint. Creation is not idempotent: retrying a request whose response was lost creates another workspace. Pass either projectId or repositoryUrl. With an organization API key, the workspace launches on the organization's machine; the machine must include the repository. Omit agent and model to use the caller's default model as saved in the Conductor app (the first favorite in the model picker), including its effort and fastMode unless those are sent explicitly. When no default is saved, or its agent has no connected credentials, the agent defaults to codex and the model to the agent's default — claude: opus-5-1m; codex: gpt-6.1-sol; cursor: composer-2.5.
