Get action log fields for filtering (DEPRECATED)

DEPRECATED: This endpoint is deprecated and will be removed in a future release. Returns the set of action log fields (and their supported operations/regex) available for filtering action execution logs. Responses carry a Deprecation header (RFC 9745) for client-side detection.
