Save a screening query. Without a webhook_id this is an instant bookmark of the named filters, with no match-size limit. With a webhook_id the screen is monitored: the current match set is snapshotted immediately and re-evaluated daily, and companies that start or stop matching produce screen_entered / screen_left webhook events (one event per company, same payload shape and signing as all other webhook events).

Limits: an organization can hold 25 saved screens, and a MONITORED screen must match at most 25,000 companies. The initial snapshot emits no events, and neither does editing the filters (the snapshot re-baselines).
