Get usage statistics for the current API key.
requests_this_month is this key's own count. The monthly limit is enforced on the organisation's pooled counter, so requests_remaining is computed from that live counter plus the org's unspent credits; without the credits a client at the plan limit would read 0 while hundreds of paid requests sit unused.
