List voicemail playbacks

Returns the account's voicemail playbacks: the greetings played to callers before a voicemail is recorded on a DID number. A playback is used for the DID numbers it is assigned to directly (did_numbers) or through DID tags (did_number_tags); the default playback is used for all other DID numbers. send_to lists the email addresses recorded voicemails are sent to.
