Verify a connector's credentials

Decrypts the secret server-side and runs a per-kind reachability probe ("who am I" call) with a 5s timeout. Returns the connector with refreshed last_verified_* fields — 200 when the probe passed, 400 when it failed (the body still carries the connector, with last_verified_error set). Scope: connections.
