Get Edge artifact metadata

Returns metadata for the Edge artifact with the given ID in {artifactId}. Edge artifacts are stored on the Collibra platform instance and are accessible across all Edge sites. Secret artifacts, by contrast, are scoped to a specific Edge site and never leave the site cluster.
