Upsert contacts with pre-provided variables

Upserts contacts into a campaign with pre-written snippet values. By default, existing contact data is updated and ineligible contacts are skipped. Set existingContactPolicy to preserve to assign a known contact without changing its persisted data. Use bypass flags to selectively override specific eligibility rules.
