Get simplified ticker data for all coins

Returns simplified ticker information (id, name, symbol, rank, price) for all active cryptocurrencies.

This is a lightweight alternative to /tickers: it returns only essential fields, making it ideal for dashboards, watchlists, and high-frequency polling.
