Set when a merchant explicitly concedes the dispute via "Accept Chargeback". The chargeback is marked LOST and this flag keeps the ChargebackPipeline from reopening it if the processor later reports a different (e.g. Won) status.

The chargeback amount capped at the payment total, excluding the chargeback fee (ChargebackDebitPipeline adds the fee on top when debiting). Persisted when the auto debit is enqueued; the won-credit returns exactly this amount so the credit always matches the debit even when the open and resolve payloads disagree on the disputed amount.
