Receive Oura Webhook

Receive and process Oura webhook events.

Oura sends a JSON payload with an event_type, data_type, object_id, and user_id. Signature is verified via HMAC-SHA256 before any processing occurs. The actual data fetch + DB write is dispatched as a background task so the 200 is returned to Oura promptly (Oura retries on non-2xx responses).

Args: request: Incoming HTTP request. background_tasks: FastAPI background task queue. db: Async database session.

Returns: JSON acknowledgement.
