Ingest

Ingest a batch of Health Connect records for the current user.

Idempotent: re-sending the same window overwrites rather than duplicates. Unknown record types are skipped and reported in the response, not rejected, so a newer app can send types an older server hasn't learned yet without failing the whole batch.
