Self-service Telys onboarding (Supabase-authed): activate telys_developer + mint the first API key

Back-compat alias of POST /v1/products/telys/onboard (the shipped telys login calls this exact path). Verifies the Supabase token, resolves-or-creates the caller's org on the free telys_developer tier (so the device license carries products.telys), and returns a freshly minted API key. Idempotent per identity; never downgrades a paid plan.
