Experiment is the experiment name. Ignored entries can name experiments this version does not know, so it is a plain string.

ignoredboolean

Ignored is true for a stored rule of an experiment that does not accept runtime rules. Such a rule has no effect.

static_defaultboolean

StaticDefault reports whether the experiment is in the startup --experiments list of the replica that answered.
