Suggest Papers

Fast autocomplete suggestions for paper titles.

Uses PostgreSQL full-text search with prefix matching via the GIN-indexed search_vector column (~2ms response time). Each word in the query is treated as a prefix.

Returns minimal data for quick rendering: id, arxiv_id, title, has_repos.

Designed for 100k+ papers with sub-10ms response times.
