Get Checkpoints

Get cache flow checkpoints with optional filtering.

Admin only endpoint.

Args: flow_type: Filter by flow type (paper_caching, embedding_generation, repository_search) status: Filter by status (running, paused, completed, failed) limit: Maximum number of checkpoints to return

Returns: List of checkpoints with progress and status information
