Return the media tracks and DataChannels associated with the session

Inspect the current resource identifiers and statuses. Closed tracks can remain listed as inactive. This response does not contain SDP, signaling state, or an operation history. A request still in progress can change the state after this read; an empty resource list does not cancel an earlier request or establish that a timed-out allocation cannot finish.
