PUT /offers/{offer_id}/blueprints/commerce/attributes
Changed onUpdate the attributes of several commerce blueprint plans at once.
Only the bulk attributes action is routed: single blueprint plans are read and updated through CommercePlanViewSet (blueprints/commerce/plans).
