Add Stackdriver v2 metrics integration

Add a Stackdriver v2 metrics integration (Prometheus-based).

Available on all LavinMQ clusters and RabbitMQ clusters running version 3.10.0 or later.

type'service_account'

Service account credential type. Defaults to service_account if omitted.

project_idstring required

GCP project ID, from the service account JSON key file.

client_emailstring required

Service account email address, from the service account JSON key file

private_keystring textarea required

Service account private key, from the service account JSON key file

tagsstring

(Optional) Enter tags like env=prod,region=europe

metrics_filterstring[]

(Optional) Metrics to include in the integration export. When omitted, the default metric set is used.
