Add Stackdriver metrics integration

Add a Stackdriver metrics integration (legacy).

Credentials are the individual fields from a GCP service account JSON key file, do not upload the raw JSON file.

We recommend using Stackdriver for new integrations, which exports Prometheus metrics.

Service account credential type. Defaults to service_account if omitted.

GCP project ID, from the service account JSON key file.

Service account email address, from the service account JSON key file

Service account private key, from the service account JSON key file

(Optional) Enter tags like env=prod,region=europe

queue_regexstring

(Optional) Allowlist to filter queues using regular expression

vhost_regexstring

(Optional) Allowlist to filter vhost using regular expression

include_ad_queuesboolean

(Optional) Include auto-delete queues (default false)
