Upload a bounded file part / 上传文件分片

Files above 3 MiB must use numbered parts: 3,145,728 bytes each, except the final remainder. Send exact Content-Length, the same owner and reservation token. Then POST complete. / 大于3 MiB的文件使用从0编号的分片，每片3145728字节，最后一片为剩余字节；保持相同账户和上传令牌，最后调用complete。
