get/dental-charts/appointment/{appointmentId}/discharge-summaryThe owner-facing summary of the appointment's chart for the `{{dental}}` discharge variable (ITE-1147): teeth extracted, other treatment performed, treatment still recommended. An empty summary when the appointment has no chart, so the variable renders blank rather than failing the discharge.
