Withdraw an implicit milestone stamp (ITE-1330 PR2): unticking "Extubated" or "Gas turned off" undoes the stamp the tick made. The marker is removed only if nobody corrected its time; a corrected marker is kept (it then needs deleting from the timeline by hand). Idempotent: no marker is a success with `Removed = false`.
