chatbotIdstring required

ID propio del chatbot. Atención: con la migración omnichannel ya no es el websiteId/channelId — para encontrar el chatbotId de un canal, usá GET /v1/channels/{channelId} y leé chatbot.id en la respuesta.

Configuración del chatbot

idstring

ID del chatbot. Diferente al channelId — un chatbot puede asignarse a múltiples canales.

chatbotWithAiboolean

True si alguna pregunta del flujo o el globalFulfillment apunta a un endpoint de IA (zordon).

isMutedboolean

Cuando es true, el chatbot no responde mensajes (los visitantes pasan directo a operador).

titlestring

Título visible del chatbot (mostrado al visitante).

namestring

Nombre interno del chatbot.

testChatbotUrlstring uri

URL para probar el chatbot en un widget de prueba.
