Inbound self-serve creator onboarding (no contact discovery, no Hunter).

A creator submits their handle/site + niche (+ optional email). We vet the source, provision a provisional affiliate, mint brand-safe tracked links immediately (provisional-from-first-touch — full vetting + payout are gated later at claim time), and publish their public link-in-bio. GDPR-safe: inbound consent, and it reaches pure-social creators that contact discovery can never find.
