Prepare a pickup close-out (step 1 of 2)

Names the buyer, the items and what the chosen outcome will do, and returns a confirmation token valid for 10 minutes. CHANGES NOTHING. Show the seller the buyer, items and consequence, then send the token to POST /api/reservations/{id}/pickup-confirm.
