List resources: `view=Queue` is what the orchestrator is loading now, `view=Loaded` what at least one worker holds and can use now. Each page is a fresh snapshot.

Query parameters

view'queue' | 'loaded' required

A projection of the resource collection. There is no view that lists every known resource — resources are addressed by AIR and only materialise once something asks for them.

Inclusive. 1073741824 (1 GiB) is where a resource starts taking the large download lane. A resource whose provider never reported a byte count has size 0 and is excluded by any value.
