Отправить сообщение с файлами

Метод позволяет отправлять сообщения с файлами от имени автора объявления.

Перед отправкой сообщения с файлами необходимо загрузить файлы через метод /v1/upload-file/, получить идентификаторы файлов (uid) и использовать их при отправке сообщения.
