Sign and submit an employee form

Submits an employee form and generates a signed PDF document.

This endpoint performs the same data submission as the Submit an employee form endpoint, but additionally renders and stores a signed PDF document. The response includes a document field containing the ID of the generated document.

**Note: **Employee withholdings are normally configured when employees go through Check Onboard. Use the Employee Forms API only if you're building a custom integration for employee onboarding.
