Download a correction receipt
Changed onReturns a short-lived URL to download the correction receipt PDF. Requires a successful preview. Each call mints a fresh URL.
If the correction has not been previewed, returns 400 with error type correction_not_previewed. If preview succeeded but the PDF artifact is not available, returns 404.
