Approve a correction

Approves a correction, scheduling its money movement to be processed on the correction's settlement_date. Fully asynchronous: the endpoint returns 202 Accepted with approval set to calculating while a drift check and promotion run. When the approval succeeds, status moves to pending; if the plan drifted, approval.error_code is fulfillment_changed and the correction remains in draft with refreshed totals.
