Staff Check-Ins

Delete a check-in

Permanently deletes a recorded shift and its notes and photos. Requires own_staff_check_in_write for your own shift, or all_staff_check_in_write for anyone's -- both admin-only by default.

To close a shift a staffer forgot to check out of, correct it with PATCH instead of deleting it.
