Custom data removed

Incoming webhook deliveries are authenticated with HMAC signature headers (X-Chatway-Signature and X-Chatway-Timestamp), not your Chatway API key.

Custom data was removed from a conversation or contact.

Use custom.data.removed to record a custom-field removal in your activity history. Identify the field from the key in data.custom_data and the actor from data.removed_by. Pair this event with Custom data assigned to record assignments and removals together. For example, track removal of a plan field while retaining the associated contact and conversation records. Use Tag removed for label-removal notifications.

For signature verification and retries, see Webhooks overview.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
