Create a File Link

Creates an unauthenticated temporary URL to download the file's contents. Note that this link expires and therefore should not be cached.

The unique identifier for the file

Response

The file link

urlstring

The URL to download the file. It needs no Chariot credential.

expires_atstring date-time

The date and time when the file link will expire.
