Confirm Fulfillment

Confirms a fulfillment that is in a pending state. Some marketplace fulfillment flows require an explicit confirmation step before the shipment is processed downstream.

When to use: Call this endpoint after creating a fulfillment (POST /v1/Fulfillments) when the marketplace or workflow requires a manual confirmation step before the shipment is dispatched.

Considerations:

  • Confirm only after verifying that all fulfillment items are available and ready to ship.
  • Confirming a fulfillment that is not in a confirmable state returns an error.
  • This operation may trigger downstream marketplace notifications.
