저장된 채널 비교 상세

저장된 채널 비교 하나를 저장 시점 스냅샷 그대로 반환한다.

본인이 저장한 것만 조회할 수 있고, 그외의 채널 비교 id는 일관적으로 404(CMP-001) 응답을 반환한다.
