Create a transaction screening
Screens non-contract key transfer participants, or BTC input/output participants. Transaction-level from/to addresses are not assessed separately. Supports EVM, TRON and BTC. Async mode returns a task ID immediately; sync mode waits up to 15 seconds, then returns the result or the same task ID.
