OSM landuse areas (residential/commercial/retail/industrial/institutional)
Fetches OSM landuse=* way polygons within an area and computes their area (shoelace formula on a local planar projection) and centroid locally — no external MCP dependency, same Overpass data source as osm-geo.gridTopology. Intended as sector-split evidence for municipal load/consumption estimation (area share by landuse type instead of equal distribution across a municipality). Scope limitation: only simple closed way polygons are handled — multipolygon relations (areas with excluded inner holes) are not fetched in v1, which understates totals for whichever areas happen to be relation-mapped rather than miscalculating them. Scope input: at least one of location, postalCode, or boundingBox.
