Add a member to an Energy Sharing community (#285)

roles is combinable: ["generator"], ["consumer"], ["storage"], or e.g. ["generator","consumer"] for a Prosumer. "storage" is modelable but not yet fed into allocation arithmetic. validTo is optional (omit for an open-ended membership).
