Get vitals tag groups

Returns a list of provider-defined vitals tag groups. Tag groups are custom groupings of vitals/lab fields that allow providers to view selected vitals longitudinally (over time).

These groups are created within the Cerbo EMR interface and can be accessed via this endpoint for external visualization or reporting.

Only global tag groups (applicable to all patients) are returned. Patient-specific tag groups are not included.
