extended_detailsboolean

Defaults to false, but can be overridden. If false (good for looping through lots of questionnaires) it will not return the actual key-value responses that the patient submitted and instead return a NULL value for the raw_data property.

Response

The status property tells you whether or not the questionnaire has been dismissed from the Patient Portal Queue
The document_url property (if not NULL) will return the API path for retrieving the human-readable questionnaire HTML file.
