Get patient's pharmacies

Returns a list of pharmacies associated with a patient, ordered by priority. Each pharmacy includes full contact details and NCPDP identifier.

Note: Creating and deleting patient pharmacy associations is not currently supported via the API (returns 501 Not Implemented).
